Emotional Wellbeing does not need to be complicated. It's fairly simple, We may not understand every emotion every second of the day. That doesn't mean we can't tell rather or not something feels good or doesn't. As beating yourself down for whatever reason will never feel good. You want to feel good, be nice to yourself.

This is why being nice to yourself is so important. If your carrying negative emotions. It's going to affect every single aspect of your life everywhere you go. It doesn't matter what you try to do, that's what's going to come. Why for whatever reason we want to share how we feel with the rest of the world. The problem with this is, Negative emotions are the emotions most commonly shared.
